Emma Watson
Who I admire?
These days there a lot of people in the world who have many stories that can inspired people. But one of the person who impressed me is Emma Watson
Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson was born in 15 April 1990 she is an English actress and activist.Emma was born in Paris, her parents named Jacqueline Luesby and Chris Watson, both of whom work as lawyers. Watson lived in Paris until she was five years old. From the age of six, Watson had dreamed of becoming an actress. A few years later, he trained at a theater tutoring school called Stagecoach Theater Arts.
There, she took dance, singing, and acting classes. Known for her roles in both blockbusters and independent films, as well as for her women's rights work, she has received a selection of accolades.
She’s an actress and beautiful model originally from London. Emma is famous for playing the character Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series since she was nine years old. Previously, she had only acted in a few plays at her school. She have brunettes hair and dark brown eye. She got a lot of attention since her role play in Harry Potter.
One of the reason I admire her is that she is a feminist icon who tries her best as a woman to protect women's rights. Today's society has portrayed numerous issues on women's rights and gender inequality. Throughout her speech at the UN she mentioned that if people don't start giving equality towards women, it might take almost men. As of her powerful speech, makes her become the feminist icon. She does not know only for just a Harry Potter girl but the women's role model.
During 2011 to 2014, Emma split her time between working and continuing her education, she's graduating from Brown University with a bachelor's degree in English literature in May 2014. That year, she was appointed a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and helped launch the UN Women campaign HeForShe, which advocates for gender equality. Emma Watson also minds over women who get sexual harassment at work. I think that people around the world with all genders should mind over this issue like what Emma did with all her best on the campaign.
Other than her work for woman rights, due to nowadays society where women have trouble with their self- confidence and relationship. Emma has various speeches in many of her interviews from numerous sources that have inspired lots of people around the world especially women to love themselves and be confident in their bodies. She did a memorable speech during the interview saying 'I don't want other people to decide who I am. I want to decide that for myself.": (Elle magazine, 2009).
And that is a couple reason why i admire her. I wish to become someone who could stand for myself ,being a confident and help other people.
